B50 - Face Fixed Flood Barrier System (T16)
Our most versatile demountable flood barrier, see full description below. The B50 barrier needs to sit on a solid threshold, it has a tolerance of +/- 15mm.
All orders include pressing tools and allen key for operation and sealant and fixings for installation - PLEASE NOTE THAT FIXINGS ARE FOR FULL BRICK OR CONCRETE ONLY - Also included will be 1 set of extracting tools per barrier type, per order.

Our most versatile demountable barrier! With spans up to 3mtrs and flood heights up to 1.4mtrs - the B50 Demountable Barrier systems covers all aspects of PFR requirements, from a single access door through to double patio doors or small garage openings. The dam beam weight being less than 4kg per metre in length, meaning that the deployment and handling of the barrier system can be carried out by most people.
This system works up to a maximum flood height as per below:
- Up to 0.6 mtr high - Maximum width = 3 mtr
- Up to 1.0 mtr high - Maximum width = 2.5 mtr
- Up to 1.4 mtr high - Maximum width = 2 mtr
The B50 also comes with option of adding end post cover plates. The cover plates offer extra security for the seals against UV damage and vandalism for when the barrier is not deployed, as well as being more aesthetically pleasing.

BARRIER ORDERING GUIDE
Purchase Process:
1: Select the appropriate flood height required.
Our beams are 200mm high so if you need a barrier that is eg 700mm high, you would need to size up to 800mm to ensure your height requirement is covered.
You may want to take external advice when deciding on the required flood height, we cannot advise on which flood protection height you need to cover.
2: Select the barrier width range which is within your requirements.
Please note not every width option is available for every flood height - please read the description on the page for your particular chosen product which shows the range of heights and widths available for that product.
3: Input the accurate clear width opening - you will not be able to add the barrier to your basket without this information.
The clear width should be measured from wall to wall of the opening you are looking to protect. These measurements are crucial to ensure that the barrier you order is suitable and will fit your requirements.. We will make any adjustments necessary to account for the fixing posts so you only need to supply us with the clear width opening measurement.
