Refund policy

All purchases made through floodbarriershop.com are for bespoke products manufactured to order.  Please ensure that the information given during the buying process is accurate, as IBS Engineered Products Ltd cannot be held responsible for errors due to incorrect sizing or mounting information received.

Your order confirmation must be checked and any errors need to be communicated immediately.  Failure to communicate any errors within 24hrs of receiving the order confirmation will result in the products being shipped as per the order confirmation received

Unless faulty, returns of any bespoke products will be refused, and refunds will only be given if the order is cancelled within 24hrs of receipt of the order confirmation.

Any defective products will either be repaired, replaced or refunded in full within the warranty period of 24 months from date of purchase.
